SLADER money making

HI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Sorry guys, I haven't posted in a while. . . :(
But anyways. . .
GUESS WHAT?!?!?!

I found a super cool website called Slader, and you can earn money by answering and explaining questions from textbooks. . . .
AND IT'S FREE!   yay!!!  :)

So, what happens is. . .
1,000 "gold" = $1.
You can redeem the gold after you get 10,000 gold, or $10.

So. . .

How do you even GET gold?!?!

You can get it by. . . .

- answering bounty questions
          - Users can offer bounties for questions to be solved, and if someone else answers that questions within the first 12 hours, and the question is approved by the moderator, then you get the gold!  yay!

-receiving "royalties" from question views.
-Each time a user views the step by step view for the solution, then the top rated solution get one gold.
yay!

-referrals/badges/checklist items.
          - You earn 20% of your friends earnings.  This doesn't mean that the friend only get 80% of their earnings -- it just means that they get 100%, and you get and extra 20%.  Yay!  :)
          - every time you get a "badge", you can earn some gold, and gold -->  $$!!!!!!
          - There are some "checklist items" that you can do to earn some gold.  Things like filling out your profile, college preferences, etc.

So, yeah. . . . .

IF YOU WANT TO BECOME PART OF SLADER, THAN JUST GO TO THIS LINK AND SIGN UP

-------------->>>>>   $lader!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YEAH.

* In Slader, the questions are textbook questions.  So, if you don't have a textbook, and u wanna make money off of Slader, then just search on Google "used Calculus textbook pearson prentice hall 1998" or whatever.  You can usually buy them for, like, 8$*

*Also, MAKE SURE THAT IT IS THE RIGHT TEXTBOOK BY CHECKING THE ISBN.  Sometimes, it might look like the same textbook, but it might be the wrong year, or something like that.  When you go to "add textbook" in Slader, next to the textbook names are the ISBN.  You can match them up with the seller's textbook.*

Ok then. . . that's everything I have to tell you I think. . . .

so. . . . . if you want to join, click here  ----------->>  Happy Sladering! :)

I HAZ TAKEN OVER!

Hey y'all! Unfortunately, your dear blogger friend TAR (You guys probably know who I'm talking about) has passed on. So I will take over! (For today) As you know, her previous posts were EXTREMELY boring, unlike what mine will be like. But first things first, time to introduce myself. I am a person, as you probably would've never guessed. I am a very (not) dedicated writer and so far, I have started about 10 stories...and have finished none. :) Yup, soooo dedicated... I am one of TAR's 'friends' (a.k.a. frenemies) and just in case you know TAR, I am one of her very TALL FRIENDS AHEM AHEM.
Anywayz...today I am going to talk about pie, 'cause who doesn't like pie? (And if you say you don't, you know you're only lying to yourself) So what type of pie we're making, you ask? Not blueberry, strawberry, mathberry (and if you don't get if like someone whose next to me right now nudge TAR nudge, then you're really slow). We're going to make CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE.
          So what you do is....

  • One, go to the store and buy a pie crust. Oh, and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Two, melt some chocolate and chocolate chips in a pot. Nuts are optional.
  • Three, cool the chocolate thingy syrup thingy and pour it into the store-bought pie crust.
  • Mix flour and water to make a dough.
  • Roll dough into a circular shape and lay it on top of the chocolate syrup filling.
  • Poke three holes in the middle so your pie doesn't explode in the oven. (That'll be fun to clean up) ;)
  • Stick the pie into the oven for 40 minutes.
  • Take out when done and cool before serving.
Btw, I just made all that up so if it fails epically, it's not my fault. But hey, it was pretty good for something that I made up on the spot...? Teehee. Have fun and good luck with not having your parents get mad at you for blowing up your kitchen! See you...never and good luck suffering through the rest of TAR's posts. Teehee (again)

Things to do when bored

Do you ever catch yourself on the internet, checking your gmail OVER AND OVER again, just for the sake of it?  Well, here are some "constructive" things you can do!

5. Games.  OK, I know I said constructive, but some times its OK to have some fun.  Here's my personal favorite, http://www.gameninja.com/  .   This site is one of the only sites that actually has Mario on it.  It also has action, adventure,  fighting, driving, puzzle, you name it!  Disney fan?  Play Hannah Montana!

4.  Go to www.freerice.com, and feed the hungry!  It's a site that's COMPLETELY FREE, for ever question you get right, free rice will donate 10 grains of rice.  Now, that may not sound like a lot, but imagine what'll happen if you get 25, 50, 100 questions right!  And they aren't even hard, here's a sample question:

If you can't see, the question is:
Spotless means:

immaculate
thick
victorious
ungenerous

3.  Improve your computer drawing skills!  Go to http://www.sketchswap.com/ .  This is a super cool website that allows you to "swap drawings" with other people online!

2.  Share your writing, and read others!  http://figment.com/  is a great place to share your own writing, read others, and connect!  There's also contests (with really cool prizes) , live chats, and forums!!!

1.  Read this blog, and leave comments!!!!  Hahaha, JK!  ;)
                        or am I. . . . . . ?

*These are my fav things to do on the internet when I'm bored.  What are yours?  Leave a comment!!!!!!

How to: Wrap a Present

Up until recently, my wrapped presents all looked like this ---->>

Are you like me?  Are you one of those people who can never, EVER wrap a pretty present?
Well, don't worry!  :)  These next few links will help you get rid of your gift wrapping dilemma!  :)

A video on how to WRAP LIKE A PRO!  ---->  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUk-fR6TAnk

Wrap like this in no time!

                                                                                  :)

Some Tips . . .

Try and always buy the wrapping paper with squares.  That way, you can cut easier, instead of trying to cut the wrapping paper with the box lying right on top of it.

It's always better to have too much than too little.  If you have too much, you can always cut off excess.  If you have too little.. well, that'll ruin the surprise!  If you're worried about saving paper, remember, if you need to start over, that'll use up even more paper.

Try to cut in one continuous line.  That way, the edges will be sharp and crisp, instead of raggedy.

Post #3: How to Change a Tire.

One of the things that might come handy if your in a pickle is how to change a tire.  Actually, you'll really need this handy skill if you get a flat tire.
Like my previous post about cooking an omelette, instead of actually putting the directions IN the post, I have decided to put a link here. Sorry, for the inconvenience of clicking yet ANOTHER link, but I think you'll thank me, because I am not yet an expert tire-changer, and I am a horrible, horrible explainer! ;)
So, here it is, in all of its glory and magnificence:
